Safe Space Collective offers flexible, culturally affirming therapy services for all. We currently accept private pay only while we complete insurance credentialing.​To support access, we offer sliding scale options based on need. Just reach out — we’re happy to talk about what works best for you.

    No. Coaching is supportive and goal-focused, not clinical treatment.

  • Do you accept insurance?
    Coaching is private-pay only. Some therapy clients may receive a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

  • How do I know if therapy or coaching is right for me?
    Therapy is best for mental health conditions, emotional distress, or trauma processing. Coaching is ideal for goal-setting, stress management, and personal growth.

  • How do I schedule a session?

  • What if I need financial assistance?
    Sliding scale rates are available for students and low-income clients. Spots are limited, so please mention your need when contacting us.

  • Can I switch between therapy and coaching?
